Seoul Grand Park Zoo

We had a great time at the zoo today. It was just a lovely day all around. The weather couldn't have been better (mid-60's and sunny), the landscape was beautiful, there were no crowds, and the kids were excited to be there.

The day was definitely not all about the animals.
We were the only Americans in the whole place so, at times it seemed that T and K were as much of an attraction as some of the animals. The Koreans are really child-friendly and they are certainly interested in mingling with our two little blonde cuties.

I must say, my favorite part of the day was the ride on the chair lift. It was such a beautiful view from up there, and so tranquil. I think Randy's was the galbi tang, a popular spicy beef soup. We all know how he is about spicey food. The kids enjoyed the playground most of all--until T got himself a big goose egg on the head after sliding off the fake dinosaur cave wall. Oh well, it wouldn't be a normal outing if someone didn't scream bloody murder at some point. (see link below)
