Halloween 09 and the Swine flu

Well, another Halloween has come and gone. It was exciting for the kids as usual. T was a ninja and Katie was Bat Girl.

Daddy was the scariest of all... swine flu. No, it wasn't a costume (although that would have been a very good one). He actually has swine flu. Yes, you read correctly. Swine flu.

He's been down for the count for 4 days now. His symptoms include low to no energy, achiness, and fever. He was seen by a dr. Friday morning and has not received conclusive results yet but was told good ol' H1N1 is highly probably. The doc was so sure, in fact, that she prescribed Tamiflu immediately.

Don't worry, R seems to be on the mend. Still very weak but atleast able to get up an move about. Include him in your prayers-- for continued recovery.
